    Forest Gump. I felt like applauding the opening shot following the falling leaf (or was it a feather) in the town square. Then Tom Hanks addressed the camera and told us that life was like a box of chocolates and that one never knew what one was getting. When I was a young lad every Christmas and birthday I would get a box of Cadbury's 'Roses'. In the box was a diagram that showed exactly what one was getting. Even assuming that I had been too thick to be able to read the names of each chocolate treat, it would only have taken a few boxes for me to have worked out what was what.
