I believe he was Thai or at least half Thai?
These 'flame wars' made me think of this guy!.......LOL
There used to be alot of wars with this guy on the board. He always seemed to be under attack! At least that's the way I saw it.

Whatever happened to?
I saw Heng .. where was it? TV I think. He was such a materialistic sort, at least to me. Although he took a lot of incoming on his port bow he was a pretty good mod, especially that night on Black Sunday when pix of TRF were reworked and sent our way.
