Like when someone tries to explain the hilariously impossible as to deflect responibility from their compatriots, don't laugh at the lil fella, understand it's all down to the evils of rote learning and jealousness of the superior immigrants. It's the cultcha, not the funny lil fella trying to explain the impossible... and doing a pretty funny job of it.
