    I can't believe people dedicate there life/time and money to stuff like this.

    If a dog is found wandering around then take it to a pound. If its not collected within a week then destroy it. Same goes with other animails (except if they are nearing extinction).

    Concentrate on something worth while.

    Ny has a great org./ tv prog. about this. It's rescue, then neuter/spay nowadays, rather than 'destroy,' it seems.
