You are lucky then, likewise. I've seen other people turn out in a bad situation because of it, among other addictions like alcohol.

Hmm, well just did so yesterday, and I will stop for a while (probably like a month or so, maybe longer) and then just start again. Been doing this since Iwas 17.

Depends what you call an addiction? Having the shakes a bit and a few sleepless night is not a sign of addcition, at least IME it isn't.agreed.

Come on Unners m8, not for weed, no way. An Alcoholic is a bigger danger to society then a pothead, there will be some "serious psychological dependence" as you put it so well.
We all differ, but again personally I have never had any problem putting it on the side for a while and I am a heavy smoker, I can easily go through 7 to 8 good joints per day and then suddenly I just feel like stopping for a while. No big deal. Ain't nothing to it but to do it.
Now, be careful on the streets of the UK you might get attacked by a pothead

There's no use trying to tell someone if they're addicted to something. They'll just have to wait a few years and learn the hard way.

It is, IMO. Thats how alcoholics become what they are. Weed, is not to be underestimated, it is fucking powerful and a regular user can't see it, taking a month of doesn't mean a thing.
