I was wondering why the moderators felt that it was necessary to move a whole lot of posts, including mine to the Icebox? They were not taboo or out of bounds topics by any stretch of the imagination. Why not at least the Virtual Pub b/c moving them to the Icebox seems too drastic.

It's also in the ICE BOX (methinks) because the title of this Forum Index is "Practicalities of Living in Thailand." I don't think you live here--plus the gist of yr thread suggests a high degree of "impracticality"!
