It is logical to post a thread to get everyones attention then typing loads of time consuming PM's to regulars that might not be online.

this is probably the source of my suspicion about his words.

i just dont understand why he would chose people who are a galaxy away, in lieu of real breathing folk who are there to help.

who knows. sometimes regardless of police protocols, they wont help someone. especially in a big city like miami.

when something doesnt make sense or register as logical (in my mind), anyone would question it. whoever they are. but as you say, he probably wasnt in a good frame of mind.

going online for desperate assistance when there are numerous people there to help seems odd. sorry dunce. i too would fork out the 250 or whatever, just cause i have it- and i know you.

what in the hell were you doing, where you couldnt fix this "incommunicado" problem with the local cops or hospital? were you wasted? you didnt want the cops around? didnt want to talk to the hospital admin? what made you bypass all of the choices americans have and take a shot at the moon?

i dont mean to lecture you dunce...but man, you need to be able to find and speak to people in authority. if youre depserate and need only to make a call...you can get that done in this day and age.

actually posting on here was the best way to get my attention...why he didn't PM me first though, is a good question. unfortunately the timing of his posts and my being online at the right times yesterday was unfortunate.

IF and all that shit: Say a guy steals his laptop (not a mugger at all), clicks bookmarks, finds ajarn and many other sites, signs onto ajarn because the REMEMBER ME was clicked. The "mugger" asks for the money to get his ho to New Mexico so she can do a trick for some businessman @ $1000. Then he goes to yahoo, hotmail, where Cap's also on log me in automatically, finds his friends and asks for money. Those who pose a question: What's your dog's name, are passed over. So maybe he gets $250 from 5-10 people. Or maybe the "mugger" is Nigerian and gets 10-20 people to contribute. Just a thought.

the desperation in his writing made me speculate the same thing.

it was too desperate to be logical. and maybe he wasnt thinking clearly. still...he has more options than going on the goddamn internet.

seems like a frickin' hail mary pass to do this-- when you only need 5 yards to score (whatever that means!)

just a phone call man. he could get that.

and knowing some details of Dc's ajarn relationships....just trolling through his PMs would take care of that.

the desperation makes me curious. he has more options that are safer and more reliable
