If you can read this DC.....and you're killing time before the bus ride......try the cops if you haven't...they should let you make a collect call if you've been mugged....barring that...a homeless shelter(?)...for the phone. Some libraries offer free internet service.. Hope there is someone stateside you can contact directly. It's 1am here.....11pm when I first read of your plight. Everything is closed

For future reference, for anyone living in small towns who want to send money by Western Union, if you have a credit card then you can do it all online.

well that's me out then....they do have an agent here in my town, but I needed more specific details from DC first, and by then he was already off line.

Back on for a few moments. I found the Greyhound station. I don't know how I made it there. Longest walk of my life seems like. I went through these neighborhoods that are straight up MS13 and the surrounding ones all Haitians, Cubans, and the Latin community. Not an English speaker in sight.....

Anyways, I needed the Ref# from i1der's call and luckily it was pmed to me. (I'm posting from a La Quinta Inn)

Tired, hungry, angry, but most of all very grateful that the world has people like you all in it.
regardless of what happens to me, you guys got it deep down where it counts.

if at all possible, Western Union, a little food $$ would help.
I did PM eso, the details of it WU, but I think he's of line now.

I don't know what else to say DunceCap, except good luck to you the rest of the way. I'm just glad you made it to the Greyhound bus station, I was a little concern not knowing how bad you're, physically.

Dunce I've called the La Quinta Inn that you gave me the address, and the girl said you weren't registered there or in the lobby. But she gave me the number for the Greyhound terminal near there and I called that, but they won't pick up the phone!

I wanted to try to get you paged to let you know the money is available now at Western Union for you to pick up.

The girl at La Quinta said there's a 24 hour Western Union somewhere near the motel, so maybe you can get to it before your bus departs. I'm signing off now and won't be back on till in the morning.

Unusual request, unusual thread

Good of i1der and Eso to help Duncey out, no questions asked.
