One thing about Marko (and another poster who comes to mind) is that he lived in the UK (I guess mostly Isle of Wight, best known for a Bob Dylan concert) and in Dallas. It's funny that to some people he appeared to be American, and to others he was British. Americans still get confused whether I'm from the North or the South, but I'm from both. An Australian professor thought I sounded British!
A fair number of us did not spend all our years in the native country before migrating to Thailand.
