Good luck Danny,
I hope you're adjust ok to the culture of the homeland. I never met you but I frequent Cali when I'm in the states. Maybe sometime we'll meet up for a coffee.
Best of luck to you mate!
more time for wastin'
Sorry to hear about your health and that the decision to leave is weighing heavy on your heart cluezo. Never got a chance to meet, would have liked to, but perhaps you'll have a going away shindig thing? I could get to Rayong for that.
You could consider returning to LoS once you feel that you're stabilized on the meds and know in advance where you will get them and have your blood levels checked regularly before returning. Not much of a problem I suspect. There is a bit of truth to chupa's statement about healthcare there (and I believe VA care is great) vs care here. Still, you can't beat the price back home and like others have said it doesn't look like bad digs to return to.
I actually know that part of the country quite well and have probably had a smoke or a couple beers there at some point. The name sticks out in my head for some reason. If I return home and find myself in your neck of the woods I'll take you up on that invite.
Well, glad to hear you're not going to leave the board, that's for sure. Take care of yourself!

Good luck back in the states mate, and I hope you get better over time. Take care and I'm sure we'll see you around.![]()
This is it... The apocalypse.
Danny, wanted to send you best wishes on your new journey. I lived in San Diego for about 5 years, and I just moved to Chiang Mai about a month and a half ago. I can honestly say that if I ever move back to the States, it will definitely have to be California. I've already fallen in love with Thailand, so I can understand your reticence to leave. Good luck on your move and new life, and enjoy the Pacific Ocean!!!
Sorry to hear about your health problem. Good luck in California. That beach in CA sure looks nice. Hope you recover quickly.

Hey Danny, sorry to hear about your health issue but you're doing the right thing. Also, Tomales Bay is one of the most beautiful places in Northern California...I live in the county too, and I'd be happy to meet up with you after I leave Thailand this coming March. PM me and we can exchange telephone numbers.![]()
Danny bro...will miss you too, even though we haven't met, I've read some of your threads and have been entertained.
