Install cameras (real or fake) in every room, let her know that she is being watched. I don't think she was trying to steal anything.......just being nosey I'd imagine.

To add, Thais are also very fearful of thieves. Anyone with enough dough has a gate in front of their home.

It's about boundaries, trust, and security. I would politely tell her to not look through draws and keep her focus on cleaning. If my wife wanted to can her, I'd concur.
