There is not a chance in hell one could win a lawsuit for posting images of that person on this website. The reason is due to the fact that these images are already posted on the internet (ie google images...) and we (ajarn members) are just re-posting url links. Of course they have the option of suing...but they'd never win.

That's all very well, but the pictures I posted are ones I took myself.

^That sir, I can't answer then. Who's to say it wasn't the tree or tuk tuk you were taking a pic of. The guy and his 18yr old girlfriend just happen to be in the picture.
They can't sue.
If you were using the photos for economic gain then they could sue as you have to have a signed release from the subject before you can do that. If you're worried about it you can download a digital photo release form and they can sign electronically with a tablet or pad or touch screen phone.
These pictures are taken in public and there is an understanding regarding a lack of privacy in such areas.
