There are probably much more qualified voices than me, but to the op.... even if you did marry, you'd have to have everything in order and have all the officials believing she was coming back into the country if you were to succeed. Does she own a house anywhere, does she have family that needs taking care of. Think about things that tie her to Thailand is your first step, and think of ways to prove those ties would be the second and perhaps more difficult step.

You are asking a very specific question, but if you want my advice and any semblance of a chance with immigration one day, come here, spend more time with her, as unromantic as it sounds start taking pictures/documenting things you have done (comes naturally anyway, no?), speak only English to her (she will have to be "interviewed" alone to succeed). In other words, realize it will take some time, and if you feel the way you say you do, perhaps it is all doable one day. Your first step though is realizing this will not happen soon. Yet, your love will pull through if strong enough Hope that helped.

Well played sir. It seems I still possess some lingering stupidity from my thai dating days.

Still dumb as shit. The only difference now is that I have a few more dollars in my pocket.

Before I left Thailand, she bought me this shirt (with my money of course)...

She gave me the option of buying that shirt or one that said I'm Pompui

    I decided on neither...

You have courted her for four years. That's enough time to decide to marry her, and she deserves that you man-up and do so or set her free. Unless you are a 14 year-old boy in his mama's basement who wants to bang on some imported thai pussy for free and this whole thread has been a windup - not the first time or the last for a bogus thread. I suggest you take her back to YOUR country - whatever part of Deliria you hail from - and marry her there.
