I'll tell you what got me. She has a problem with Western men (read white men) with dark-skinned Asian girls. Does she also have a problem with Christian men going with Jewish girls? Or a Russian girl going with a French man? How about an Israeli going with a Palestinian? Would these couplings also be an insult to her sense of propriety? Her implication that all these men are going with young teens is ridiculous, as well.

well, i changed this post to clarify in more gentlemanly terms, i don't think maturity just comes, i think you have to experience shit, you can't take a college course to substitute. and you need processing power to be able to transmit something effectively. and you need some small measure of craft for chrissake. these three are crucial, and somewhat wanting in this case.

Good point, most aren't that lucky...All joking aside, many of these relationships could be seen as downright admirable. I wonder how Sarah would feel about a westerner marrying a poor single Thai mother and helping raise her kids?
