I think the brothels in kabuki-cho are Nippon-only, so good luck getting some tail if you're planning on paying for it. I'm sure there are other places where it's on offer to barbarians. The clubs in Roppongi were really active when the wife and I visited the area, but it didn't appeal to me personally. I'm not much of a club type, though.
