hmm interesting, how does she come across in her convos? do you have her on FB? does she have alot of farang friends. I dont ever like to meet people with friends, as they sometimes expect you to pay for all of them and just see you as a free night out. If you dont know any thai, they will prob be insulting you and laughing at you while you just smile and pay for the bill.

KSR is a sh1thole, but everyone there will be wearing singlets, shorts and sandles, so if you dress up she will see you above them. Also if you do meet with her friends, suck up too them hard, because otherwise they will c0ck block you.

if it was me, id bail and meet her on 1on1 were shes in my world.

Take her to a disco or something that inloves alcohol at least.
