It's the second option that I have in my mind, but the problem is also the image of your dirty ass wagging side to side as you go about making sure everything is clean (before you start cleaning).

I'm a 100% 2 shower a day guy, morning and night. If I have been out and about in the sun in the daytime, I will shower in the afternoon too.
Anything less than this is pure medieval.
