What about women? Are they losers too if they are not married over 30?

I certainly don't feel like a loser. I made the choice not to get married (I've dated enough men).
Some people like being alone, free and having the option of dating whoever.

I know a Korean man over 30 who isn't married. His culture makes him think he should be married, but he is playing by his own rules. I admire that.

I am reminded of a man I once knew who worked in London.

He lived in Milton Keynes and for much of the year he barely saw sunlight.

God was he miserable.

He once informed me that Robbie Williams was a "failure". Everyone, apart from him, was a failure.

I told him just how far down the pecking order he was by comparison to Mr. Williams.

We rarely spoke after that, thankfully.

Everyone has their own yardstick.
