This jerk is lucky he's doing this in a well lit place of business. Try that in some bar or Thai business and he'd be scooping his eyeballs out of the gutter.

I had a neighbor in Brooklyn who worked at some steak house downtown. If she didn't feel like going to work she'd sell her shift to one of her work mates. Sometimes during a rush they'll ask you to leave when they see you've finished. If you continue to sit there too long they'll bring you a check that reads something like: 10 minutes $12.50.

I once called the police in Mexico cause a rat broke into my house and stole my guitar. On the phone he said, sure, they'd be glad to drive out and investigate but they'd need some "gas money." In Thailand someone stole the battery out of my motorcy so my cop neighbor called his bros and they came and fingerprinted the entire bike.
