I have a little trouble sleeping, so every night I put up Alex Jones on my internet radio. Not that I love or hate the man, I just find he puts me to sleep really fast. Then I usually wake up around 3am to 4am to turn the radio off. Every morning I wake up with anxiety attacks and it takes me a few hours to shake it off.
Last night I decided not to put Alex Jones and just go to sleep reading. I woke up upbeat and in good mood.
