How do I deal with it? You've seen my posts.
And on top of all that ... this fucking presidential election. ugh.
I haven't been angsty in a long time--I'm quite happy nowadays.
But when I had angst, I found identifying what was making me feel it and then trying to get that out of my life helped the most.
...buy some potted plants (herbs are great!) and watch them grow...
...plan menus for a raw food day: grow your own veggies...
...volunteer at the local library as a reader: kids love having stories read to them...
...in other words, channel mental energy away from anxiety-inducing swampland and into areas that encourage serenity...
...majestically enthroned amid the vulgar herd...
