I used to live in a shophouse that had no aircon or hot water.
In the summer I used to sweat all night and in the cool season I used to freeze my nuts off in the shower.
Now I've got a nice pad with all mod cons, so I can stay cool or warm myself up whenever necessary.
What about you chaps? Is it a tad nippy in the shower at the mo, or can you turn your bathroom into a steamy pit?

Hot - since the start of this week! After 2 winters of freezing my balls off I got a shower unit installed this week.....marvellous!

We fitted a nice water heater last year, so hot showers are now ON
Have the hot shower plastic box thing on the wall...never use it. Cold showers day and night.
The fruiting things scare me. Had one in Brasil that had a short in and when you tried to take a shower it was like sitting in the electric chair...buzzzzzzzzz. Actually knocked a girlfriend across the bathroom once. I disconnected it. Don't trust 'em!

My shower is as cold as ice ... although I'm not sure it still is, it's been a while since I last gave it a try.

hot shower all the way. Don't really feel clean using only cold water.

I have hot water, but I don't use it in SEA. It's always hot/warm here, so a cold (cool, actually) shower is welcoming.

My house has a lot of its water pipes exposed to the 40 degree plus sun therefore every shower is hot except in the wee hours of the morning.

Yes my girlfriend and I have hot showers, but when it's hot we have cold showers and have a dustbin arrangement too. We are luckier here than in the North of Thailand in that the climate is much milder.
