N Korea 'must halt weapon dreams'
The US president says North Korea must abandon any ambitions to acquire nuclear weapons in the face of stiff opposition from other countries.
George W Bush told the Asia-Pacific summit in Chile that the message to Pyongyang was clear: "Get rid of your nuclear weapons programmes."
Now Bush has decided to bully North Korea.
This will end with a bang I reckon.

I have to interpret the asymmetry between Norks and Rags-- Rags idolize death, while all their farcical politics aside, Norks (like Russkis) are similar to us, in that they don't wish to die.
The gospel of MAD is enough to keep them from declaring war, and a pleasant cordon sanitaire (sorry for the *puke* French *puke*) around their domain will do just splendid, thank you.

I think the entire population of North Korean, about 24 million should be eliminated. One of my Korean students told me it would have been better to have dropped the atomic bomb on North Korea. She claims things wouldn't be so tense today. Interesting thoughts, but I don't agree.
When the garbage can of North Korea eventually does open up to the world, it may attract foreign investors and remain a separate nation-state, or it may end up in unification, costing the South Korean decades of money and aid.
