To clear up my situation. i got a non-b from a person in bangkok. i wasnt working anywhere at the time. then i got a job and used the non b i already had to get a WP and visa extension. i just extended my wp every year and my visa. i would still be on the same non-b now but my current employer didnt have paperwork done in time. sorry for being unclear. but perhaps this is unclear as well?
