Help VISA DILEMMA entry stamps and tourist stamps??

hi all, having already been in thailand just under two months now, on two entry visa stamps. i would now like to extend my time here, but my dilemma: if i travel to laos, is it possible to get a sixty day tourist visa - bearing in mind that i already have two consectutive visa entry stamps? it is to my understanding that you're only allowed 90 days in six months in thailand. thus if i travel to vientianne will the thai embassy only isssue me a thirty day stamp because i have then used up my 90 day ruling. ideally i would like to stay here longer than a month! any help, comments or suggestions would be much appreciated on my visa dilemma!?

You can get a tourist visa. Real visas do not count towards the 90 days.

Re: VISA DILEMMA entry stamps and tourist stamps??

You can do another simple boarder run and get 30 days more, after that go to the embassy in Laos and ask for a 60 day tourist visa, once the 60 days has ran out you can go to immigration in Bangkok and get them to extend it for 60 days more.

Then you do 3x boarder run n get 60 day visa again, wash rinse repeat
