This info is 90-days old. Call the Singapore embassy to verify before going as rules can change..
You can get a 1-year non-o multiple entry in Singapore if you have 400,000 in a Thai bank and proper documentation. The 400,000 requirement is a Singapore embassy requirement and not the old 400,000 requiremnent immi used to have.
If you do not have 400,000, Singapore will only issue you a 90-day single entry.
