As far as I am aware only single entry visas are available from Thai Embassies in Asian countries. I'm presuming that, as you are after an Non-Imm O, you have a Thai wife and / or half-Thai children so it would be very simple to get a single entry visa and then convert it to a 'long stay' at your local immigration office.

Yes. Have been married for 7 years and have well over B400,000 in a Thai bank. I meet all requirements for a multiple, but where is one issued?
Thanks, Leeds.

In that case you don't need a multiple entry visa at all, just a single entry will do, so when you return to Thailand with your visa head off to immigration with your 1,900B fee, your documents and the relevant translations and you will get a one year long stay permit stamped into your passport. The application process takes a couple of weeks or as long as a month depending on where you are. After that all you need to do is report to immigration every 90 days and if you wish to leave the country you need to get a re-entry permit which costs 1,000B (also from immigration).

I am not working and therefore do not have any income That's why I am wanting another Non O MULTIPLE ENTRY visa.
I know all about the requirements and extensions. I just want up to date info on KL & Singers.
Thanks again, Leeds.

If the visa is based on marriage, an applicant and his wife / her husband must have a combined income of 40,000 baht.
At least that's my understanding of the rule.

You do not need to work on a Non-Imm O (it's optional) and you do not need a multiple entry visa to stay in the country for a year. Trust me, I do not work either, I have this long stay extension in my passport (applied for using a single entry Non-Imm O) and I renew it once a year by showing either 40,000B taxable income or 400,000B in savings.
I can't help you with that, other than to say that it is unnecessary.

I think you have to be 'grandfathered' to use the 400K.
IOW, it's not available to new applicants.
Correct. You do have to be 'grandfathered' to get an extension based on B400K in a bank. So, I am not working and am too late to be grandfathered.
Got a Non O 'multi' last year from KL no problems, but I hear things are clamping down in the SE Asia region.

You can still declare an income of 40,000B per month and offer to pay tax on it even though you aren't employed. This is what I did last year so if you want further details send me a personal message.

Right let me get this straight, If I Have 400,000 in the bank, but i am not working, I can not get an extension to my Non O visa. Is this correct.
That is incorrect, as I stated in my previous post you can volunteer to pay tax in order to meet the 40,000B per month requirement.
