good evening lads and merry christmas to you all.
i am looking for a studio condo for 3 months from mid feb, i'm pretty flex on area, but am looking to pay no more than about 12k.
i'm aware most places like either a 6 or 12 month contract, so does anyone know anywhere that does a shorter contract.
